Please go through the available characters and choose one, or send in an application for an original character.
Anyhow, fill out an application form before going to the pending topic and create a new thread, with the character you want as the subject of the thread.
After that, wait until either one of the admins or moderators accept of denies your application.

If your application is getting moved to accepted, it means you can make your profile and start roleplaying with the other members around the forum.
Denied
If your application is getting moved to denied, it means you can not make your profile and start roleplaying with other members around the forum. The admin or moderater that did put your application in the denied section, will not only put you there, but also with a reason to why you did not get your application accepted. There will also most probably be a solution there, if your break of rules are not too big and you were deleted right away.
