If you want to make an original character, but not play said character, you have to have to have been a member of this site for two weeks, and been active during those weeks.
Message the stamp bellow and post it to one of the admins and we will approve/denied all after how well the stamp was filled out.
One of staff will then put it here and new members can choose between the original characters.
